User accounts and service history are kept for the duration of active service use and subsequently as necessary to resolve potential claims and protect legitimate interests.
Accounting and tax records are retained for the statutory period (typically 5–10 years).

Hosting and database providers, payment gateway provider for secure payments, e-mail service provider, and optional Google Calendar integration.

Based on your attendance history, the system may generate automated reminders for upcoming lectures, season pass expiration alerts, or relevant class recommendations.
